Israel-based patisserie and cake house Boutique Central chain has deployed digital signage and audio solutions across its nine locations in Israel, according to an announcement from multimedia solution provider YCD Atmosphere.
The new systems are aimed at helping the chain maximize it's customers' experience in every visit at the Boutique branches, YCD said.
"Ten years ago, when we opened our first store, we changed the urban consumer experience," Tamar Yaari, manager of Boutique Central, said in the announcement. "It's important to create a calm, cozy and inviting atmosphere so the consumer will want to come back next time. We reached the conclusion that a vital part of the overall design should include the sight and sound, and this is how we, with the help of YCD Atmosphere's staff, created a music profile that is very much us. The video screens, that were integrated in an elegant way, complete the atmosphere. And the clips that run on the screens combine information about how coffee is made or how a croissant is baked. This is part of our overall worldview—to show from where the flavors that everybody loves comes from."
"YCD Atmosphere's system is so easy to use and user-friendly," Yaari said. "Moreover, Boutique Central has big stores and small stores, and YCD Atmosphere matched the system so in the big stores it won't get lost and in the small ones it won't take over."
