INFOCOMM: Ecast showcases interactive media at LG booth

SAN FRANCISCO — Ecast, a leader in place-based media, will be displaying its interactive media solutions in LG Electronics' "Digital City" at InfoComm 2009 (June 17-19, Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., Booth #5321) this week. The booth, designed to showcase LG's advanced display technologies across diverse industry verticals from retail environments to hotels, features Ecast in two of its "neighborhood" establishments: the L+G bar and at Digital City Sporting Goods.

Appearing in the L+G bar is the award-winning EQ, Ecast's solution for interactive entertainment and promotion at the point of purchase. Ideal for bars, nightclubs and restaurants, the EQ features advertising, games, music, in-house promotions, photo sharing, on-screen texting, drink recommendations and more.

In the Digital City Sporting Goods area, show attendees will get to engage with the Ecast IQ for the same interactive, real-time media experience delivered to White Sox Club Level patrons from the moment they enter the turnstiles at U.S. Cellular Field. Features include an interactive stadium map, a sports trivia challenge, team bios and the 2009 game schedule.
