AVIONEX Software's Hypersign digital signage platform/imprint has released its new low-cost solid state digital signage player, the company announced today.
The player allows the digital signage display to interact with the Hypersign software for its cloud andenterprise versions. By releasing the new player, Hypersign said, it will now be able to offer more budget-friendly solutions to a client's digital signage needs.
AVIONEX CEO Neil Willis said in the announcement, "We are so pleased with how Hypersign performs on this little guy. As a matter of fact, we are offering this player at no cost to our cloud subscription customers. This is the perfect opportunity for education, healthcare and business customers to begin using digital signage without the cost associated with expensive players."
The Hypersign MiniPlayer measures only 4 inches by 1 inch and 1/2 inch deep, the company said. It features an HDMI high-definition interface and can be powered from most commercial displays' USB ports.
