Heavy equipment company gets digital signage makeover on Pennsylvania Turnpike

Heavy equipment company Modern Group has deployed LED digital signage to attract and engage customers on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Heavy equipment company Modern Group has deployed digital signage to attract and engage customers on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Modern Group has locations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania selling and renting heavy equipment, but its location on the Turnpike has been garnering additional attention after local sign provider KC Sign and Awnings updated it outdated on-premises advertising from an old letterboard to a large full-color dynamic LED message sign, according to an announcement from KC Sign and Awnings.

The full-service sign manufacturing company specializing in exterior electric signs and LED message displays and deployed product from U.S.-based manufacturer Vantage LED, including the cloud-based LED software, parts and onsite labor warranty.

"The sign is awesome!" Modern Group Marketing Director Greg Plefka said in the announcement. "It's another way we deliver on our promise to keep you rolling."
