DT Research showcasing multiscreen digital signage solutions at Computex 2012

June 5, 2012

DT Research Inc., a developer of information appliances for vertical markets, announced today that it is showcasing its comprehensive multiscreen digital signage solutions to Computex 2012 in Taiwan, with slim-bezel displays from strategic partner eJump Digital Inc. and multiscreen appliances from DT Research.

DT Research said its multiscreen digital signage solutions are specifically designed to send high resolution dynamic messages for multiple-screen configurations. These MS Appliances are equipped with high performance processors and independent graphical cards, as well as WebDT Content Manager software to provide efficient remote control of hardware and content distribution. The integration of software and hardware provides a ready-to-perform digital signage system that has already proven successful for customers worldwide in many high-profile locations, the company said. With the MS signage appliance line, one signage appliance player can power advanced features to a video wall, or send messages to up to 18 screens.

"The multiscreen advertisement is the future trend," said Lewis Liaw, president of DT Research Inc.'s Taiwan branch, in the announcement. "This multiscreen system is ... incorporated with both software and hardware; users have more room to express creativity."

"With the popularizing of digital signage, we observed that the market has switched the demand from single screen display to multiscreen configuration," said Rino Tsai, president of eJump Digital Inc. "We are honored to have this opportunity to cooperate with DT Research for the tradeshow."

During Computex 2012, DT Research will demonstrate its digital signage solutions, including signage appliances; multiscreen appliances that support from 2 to 18 screens; integrated player/server appliances that incorporate players and servers for immediate setup and short-term installations; and slim bezel displays from eJump Digital. In addition, DT Research will also exhibit embedded computing appliances such as industrial mobile tablets and handheld POS terminals.
