DOOH company Nearbuy Group acquires retail experience company NexusEngage

Nearbuy Group, an advertising tech company based in Dubai, has acquired NexusEngage Ltd., a U.K. based company that delivers targeted retail experiences through tools such as kiosks and vouchers, according to a press release.

Nearbuy Group provides a variety of solutions including DOOH advertising, data analytics for retailers, holographic maps, wayfinding, AI and interactive tools, according to the release. By acquiring NexusEngage, it can offer a more impactful customer experience for retailers.
