Cieslok Media, a Canadian large-format outdoor advertising company, has announced its latest CSR partnership with Eva's Initiatives for Homeless Youth, an organization based in Toronto that prevents and reduces youth homelessness, according to a company press release.
Eva's provides shelter, transitional housing, support, training and programming for homeless youth and their families. Cieslok Media will support the organization with its DOOH network located in landmark locations across Toronto. Eva's will showcase messaging and promote fundraising events on strategically positioned displays capable of reaching a large number of people, the release said.
"We like supporting local organizations that take a unique and effective approach to public issues like Eva's. Their programs tackle youth homelessness, making a positive difference for the lives of at risk youth," said Jörg Cieslok, president and CEO of Cieslok Media. "With our state of the art digital screens, we are confident we can amplify Eva's messaging and encourage the public to take action.”
This new partnership includes the use of digital signage to advertise Eva's Home for Life fundraiser scheduled for today. Money raised at the event supports Eva's programs, which help homeless youth lead productive, self-sufficient and health-ful lives, according to the release.
"We're excited about sharing the message that youth homelessness can be prevented,” said Alanna Scott, director of development and campaigns at Eva's. "We all need to know more about the resilience of young people experiencing homelessness and what we all can do to support and help.”
