Digital signage experience firm 10net acquires integrator TDW

Digital signage experience firm 10net, with operations out of North Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada and Enumclaw, Washington, in the U.S., has acquired systems integrator The DataWorks based in Victoria, British Columbia.

Digital signage experience firm 10net, with operations out of North Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada and Enumclaw, Washington, in the U.S., has acquired systems integrator The DataWorks based in Victoria, British Columbia, effective July 1, 2015, 10net has announced. Both 10net and TDW have been working side by side since Jan. 1, 2015, for all parties to gain familiarity with workflow, process, clients and partners, according to the announcement.

"We couldn't be more excited to be joining the 10net Team," TDW Partner Richard Hyde said in the announcement. "Collectively, we have increased our technical reach and expertise level exponentially and our clients are absolutely thilled."

TDW and 10net feature a client roster that includes BC Ferries, ICBC, TELUS Spark and Hydro One.

"It's been an honor working with Richard's Team and with the TDW clients," 10net Partner Dan Hagen,  said in the announcement. "Technically, we believe we are close to the top of all digital experience providers. Additionally, we now have a Vancouver Island-based office that is perfectly suited to support BC Ferries."

The combined resources of 10net and TDW bring together technical solutions suited to service all levels of digital experience needs, from enterprise to sole proprietor, the announcement said.
