Denmark-based Cumedin ApS announced today that ArtPlayer — a digital signage art service that displays world-famous masterpieces by Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir and more — now also displays more than one thousand HD illustrations from children's books.
ArtPlayer.com has introduced the digital signage children's illustrations at libraries and other locations, the company said. Currently, a number of libraries subscribe to ArtPlayer's selection of fine art images, the company said.
Cumedin Managing Director Morten Kryger said, "It was natural for us to extend ArtPlayer's content range to encompass illustrations from children's literature given that we already display fine art for adults in libraries across Denmark. Children's imagination will certainly be stimulated by more than 1,000 HD illustrations from children's books including teddies and fairies."
The company said it can deliver ArtPlayer content as a stand-alone digital art streaming service, but can also integrate it smoothly with other digital signage systems as a screen feed. It already has integrated ArtPlayer with both Scala and Black Box digital signage systems at Danish libraries.
