Digital menu boards on roll at u-sushi concept in Beverly Hills

According to a recent announcement from Revel Systems, u-sushi Founder Jeremy Umland has opted to outfit his new sushi fast casual concept in Beverly Hills with Revel Systems Enterprise iPad POS systems and digital menu boards by Digital Menu Me located in San Francisco.

Both systems are cloud-based, and Revel Systems said it has outfitted this new fast casual sushi restaurant with a quick and intuitive iPad POS system, which delivers advanced metrics and speed for fast checkout. Revel said it has opened its API, and has focused on architecture for local commerce that also can handle more then just merchants off the street and small businesses but enterprise businesses too.

"We strive to be more than just POS; we plan to be the API of local commerce," Revel Systems CEO Lisa Falzone said in the announcement.
