Digital billboards promote foster child adoption in New Mexico

October 15, 2013

According to the Los Alamos (N.M.) Daily Post, New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez recently announced that the state would begin using digital billboards to promote the adoption of New Mexico foster children.

The billboards next week will begin running content aimed at raising awareness throughout the Albuquerque metro area and were donated by Clear Channel Outdoor. The new digital billboard PSAs will run until next March, the paper said.

"Clear Channel Outdoor is honored to support The Heart Gallery of New Mexico as we recognize the vital role it plays in improving the lives of young people," VJ Smith, Clear Channel's president for its Albuquerque/El Paso divisions, said in the article. "We all win as the Heart Gallery of New Mexico endeavors tirelessly in its initiatives to encourage adoption through foster care. Our commitment is more than words; it's action. We are happy to make available our advertising medium to provide the messaging and recognition this cause deserves."
