Finding fugitives is time-consuming and tedious, and leads to a lot of dead ends. So prosecutors in Dallas County, Texas, have decided to bring a lot more eyeballs to the task.
According to The Dallas Morning News, since March the district attorney's office has used digital billboards along major roadways to post pictures of wanted criminals, along with reward information.
The Dallas County office borrowed the idea from nearby Arlington, and officials told the newspaper that the billboards already have led to five arrests.
