Yesco, a 106-year-old company known for creating, repairing and maintaining internationally recognizable signs, has completed custom signage and architectural lighting for 5200 Oneida, a newly constructed commercial development in Commerce City, Colorado.

The project included a cohesive exterior branding package to enhance visibility, tenant navigation and the property's modern architectural character, according to a press release.

The property is leased and managed by local commercial real estate firm RE1313, which specializes in serving businesses of all sizes.

The development features a 35-foot-tall freestanding pylon sign, a multi-tenant joint identification sign and architectural LED border lighting integrated into the building.

The freestanding pylon serves as the project's signature landmark, featuring illuminated open-pan channel letters. The structure was designed to maximize visibility for motorists traveling along the nearby interstate while complementing the building's contemporary color palette through custom-matched finishes.

Yesco also manufactured and installed a single-faced joint identification sign featuring tenant panels that allow the development to evolve as occupants are added.

"Successful signage not only identifies a property but also creates a strong first impression and helps define the experience for everyone who visits," Jeff Young, chief revenue officer, Yesco said in the release. "For 5200 Oneida, we developed a cohesive solution that combines visibility, functionality and architectural design to support the property's long-term success."
