Clear Channel Outdoor showcases DOOH creativity at festival
Clear Channel Outdoor Americas, a subsidiary of iHeartMedia Inc. plans to showcase the creativity and flexibility of DOOH advertising June 20-22 at this year's Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France. The company will show off its large and small format screens at the event, according to a press release.
Last year, CCOA deployed a large digital billboard known as Le Grand Screen at the Le Grand Hotel, which can be seen by people across the Cannes bay. This year, the company will display its Playground at the hotel gardens, which will feature campaigns from several agencies and partners.
CCOA will feature key technologies at the event including mobile gamification, user-generated content, AI, data aggregation and more.
"OOH has undergone a radical evolution in how brands are not just planning and measuring the effectiveness of the medium, but also in terms of the creative activations we are executing for brands where digital flexibility, social media and mobile data intersect," Scott Wells, CEO, CCOA, said in the release. "We look forward to showcasing this immersive medium’s potential at Cannes and sharing with advertisers how they, too, can leverage these capabilities to engage with their consumers in even more meaningful ways."
