Clear Channel Airports has announced its digital airport advertising network at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport featuring 82 displays. The program will go live on November 2019 and will initially only be available to foundation sponsors such as Google Cloud and Alaska Airlines, according to a press release.
The network will feature Clear Channel's Outdoor RADAR solution, which delivers data for planning, amplification and measuring DOOH campaigns. It also uses anonymous aggregated mobile location data to deliver better insights into customer mobility and behavior, according to the release.
"CCA's network of 82 new digital screens represent the future of digital out-of-home (DOOH) media advertising, where the screens are addressable, accountable and attributable," Jose Avalos, Intel VP IOT group and GM visual retail, said in the release. "This is moving the DOOH industry from the old model of one-to-many media to a model of one-to-a-custom audience."
