Brandeis University, a private research university in Waltham, Massachusetts, has deployed a digital signage network of 16 displays. Mvix provided its digital signage software to deliver content to engage with students and raise awareness on events and announcements, according to a press release.
The university needed a solution to advertise upcoming events, streamline internal communications and improve the campus experience. In order to do this, the university deployed displays in lobbies, hallways and dorms to reach the maximum audience.
"I have really enjoyed establishing a digital signage network here at the university and we look forward to continuing to expand," Timothy Touchette, assistant dean for student affairs at Brandeis University, said in the release.
Mvix's digital signage software allowed Brandeis admins to access and control the content remotely. It also provided more than 150 content apps and data integrations.
"It's always a wonderful experience to partner with a university that fully understands the value of digital signage for their student body. Tim and his team have done an outstanding job expanding digital signage to multiple departments and across the campus to increase student engagement and provide up to date information for the campus," Jacqueline Hoffmann, solutions consultant, Mvix, said in the release.
