BioTrackTHC, a cannabis point-of-sale tech provider, has integrated its system with DataOwl's platform for online ordering, CRM and digital menus. Customers can now use BioTrackTHC to provide online ordering, update digital menus based on stock and send behavior-based SMS text messaging, according to a press release.
This platform can automatically update menu boards based on real-time inventory. It also analyzes customer buying habits to send targeted text messages, according to the release.
"This integration makes it really easy for dispensaries to provide a comprehensive customer experience without intensive labor by automating tasks like keeping inventory current, creating individualized offers based on a consumer's actual purchasing habits, and by leveraging all the data already contained in BioTrackTHC," Dan Hirsch, co-founder, DataOwl, said in the release.
