Cutter Aviation, which claims to be the oldest and strongest continually family owned and operated fixed-based operator network in America, has selected Mvix as its digital signage provider, according to an announcement from the digital signage company.

The digital signage screens throughout Cutter Aviation's multistate FBO and aviation service network are intended to deliver an enhanced guest experience, improve branding efforts and increase guest engagement opportunities, Mvix said.

Operating in eight major airports in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Texas, Cutter Aviation provides a wide range of services to transient and based aircraft including fuel and FBO service, maintenance, avionics, new and pre-owned aircraft sales and charter and aircraft management. They are also a dealership of aircraft brands such as Piper, Socata and HondaJet.

According to Mvix, it was Cutter's commitment to customer service and customer and employee satisfaction that led the company to explore digital signage.

"It is all about the guest's experience," said Genaro Sanchez, Cutter Aviation's director of marketing and communications, in the announcement. "We want to WOW our guests from the moment they step in the lobby. Digital signage is evolving the face-to-face delivery mechanism, and we want to reach our clients in a medium that not only adds value to our message, but adds value to their overall experience as well."

Digital signage not only eliminates the costs related to traditional signage but also enhances site appeal and branding efforts. With the digital display screens, Sanchez and his team are able to engage with visitors using dynamic content. The screens are also used as virtual assistants to entertain clients as they wait, promote additional services, display product pictures and videos and promote aircraft inventory. They are designed to take customers on distinctive adventures that create exceptional engagements with the brand.

With systems in seven of Cutter's eight locations, the Mvix solution offers centralized control and remote management from the company's Arizona location, delivering customized content and schedules to each of the seven locations.

"Cutter Aviation is a pioneer in the aviation industry, and it is easy to see that their customer-centered approach is paying off," said A. Jay, the Mvix senior director of business relations. "They've clearly recognized the role digital signage plays in shaping the guest experience, and we are very honored that they selected us to equip their state-of-the-art facilities with digital signage systems."
