During an exclusive presentation at next month's fourth annual Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit in San Diego, AT&T will provide a behind-the-scenes insight into the concept, design and execution of its digital signage-heavy flagship store on Chicago's Magnificent Mile.
Last year, AT&T opened its first and only brand flagship store. This space is designed to showcase the best of the brand through interactive and hands-on customer experiences — and interactive digital signage is one of the store's key tools.
"The AT&T Flagship Brand Store on Chicago's Magnificent Mile is a truly unique retail experience where customers can explore and learn about the technology that we offer," said Amanda Collins, AT&T Flagship Store manager and one of the presenters of the session. "We look forward to the Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit and discussing the many innovative aspects of our store and some of the strategies we're employing to deliver an exceptional retail experience to our customers."
In a review posted in May, Retail Design Blog said the AT&T Flagship Brand Store "is not simply a new store, but a reinvention of the shopping experience." You can take a look inside that experience in the video below:
The Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit takes place Aug. 13 and 14 at the Hard Rock San Diego. In addition to the AT&T session, the Summit includes keynote addresses from the "father of customer experience" Lou Carbone, and training and culture guru Jim Knight, plus many other interactive educational panels and networking opportunities. Registration is now open.
Networld Media Group, publisher of RetailCustomerExperience.com (and DigitalSignageToday.com), created this exclusive event for top-level retail executives. In its fourth year, the Summit brings together leaders from top retail brands to explore and celebrate innovation, imagination and cutting-edge ideas for better customer engagement, the company said.
