Apartment firm selects digital signage for real-time metrics

Avesta Communities, an apartment investment and management firm, has selected Mvix for its digital signage platform. Avesta plans to use digital signage to deliver key performance metrics to its employees, according to a press release.

Mvix deployed a network of 40 digital signage systems in 39 Avesta locations in Texas and Florida. The displays showcase occupancy trends, number of apartment tours, number of applications and open tickets. Each office can access all the metrics to see how the other locations are performing.

"Mvix's platform has helped us create a very distinct employee experience," Dan Saccavino, IT manager, at Avesta, said in the release. "Their solution has had an immediate impact on employee performance — our teammates like having easy access to daily progress reports and other important information. Personally, I'm very impressed with the content integrations and remote management functions."
