America On Hold grabs Tiger Media by the tail to add digital signage to lineup

New marketing solution to complement on-hold and in-store music and messages to create a comprehensive customer experience, company says.

Since 1995, America On Hold has helped businesses to capture their callers through informative marketing messages while those callers wait on hold, as well as with in-store overhead music and messages. Now, through a partnership with Tiger Media, the Phoenix-based marketing firm has added digital signage to their product menu to provide a comprehensive solution to enhance the customer experience, the company said in an announcement.

"We are so excited to provide this new service to our clients," On Hold President Doug Bauguss said in the announcement. "It's a perfect complement to what we're already providing in on-hold messages and overhead music and messages. What we've really done is add more value to our clients so that they can benefit from expanding their marketing efforts."

The company said its offerings will start at $119 a month.
