Allure, a Christie company, has partnered with SurveyMe, a mobile feedback app provider, to develop a theater research product for customer analytics. This product uses Allure's quantitative data analysis and SurveyMe's qualitative mobile survey feedback to analyze customers' behaviors and preferences, according to a press release.
"Adding the qualitative insights from SurveyMe's mobile app allows us to provide deeper insight and quicker feedback on content changes that the empirical data initially led us to. We are finding that the combination of deep data diving and real time surveying adds a new dimension to determining content direction and product offerings," Craig Chapin, president of Allure, said in the release.
Allure offers data from point-of-sale, concessions and ticketing to allow theater operators to test digital signage content and discover which type performs the best. SurveyMe allows customers to earn rewards by downloading a mobile app and answering a few survey questions, according to the release.
