Webinar to highlight the ‘nexts' in DOOH advertising

Digital Signage Today, in conjunction withNEC Display Solutions, DisplaySearch and Lyle Bunn, will present a webinar entitled "The impact of Digital Out-of-Home on digital signage" on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at 2 P.M. EST.
The webinar will feature insights from several top industry analysts, including Chris Connery, vice president of the PC and Large Format Commercial Display Market Research group of DisplaySearch. Connery will give a Q2 update on the overall state of the total display market, including large format displays. He will also dive deeper into large format as a key growth area and present growth in large format digital signage market by size.
Lyle Bunn, a digital signage consultant and digital out-of-home expert, will cover some of the top trends in the DOOH and digital signage industries, as well as insight in some recent installations, such asWRAL's bus screensandViva McDonald's in Las Vegas.
Ashley Flaska, vice president of marketing for NEC Display Solutions, will present a comprehensive look at the current challenges facing the DOOH industry and provide key information on advertising geared toward overcoming those challenges.
And Mike Zmuda, director of business development for NEC Display Solutions, will discuss the components needed for successful DOOH campaigns, such as commercial-grade hardware, audience measurement and mobile marketing strategies.
The event will be moderated by Bill Yackey, editor of Digital Signage Today.
