Again at this year's Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas, the digital signage/digital-out-of-home/digital place-based media/digital screenmedia industries converged on the desert.
This year's show presented a heady mix of educational opportunities, technology advances and new applications that could underpin the industry's progress in the coming year.
From new ways of billing advertising clients in the DOOH advertising world to new software and hardware applications that offer more interactivity or better environmental integration, the companies attending the show turned one wing of the Las Vegas Convention Center into a colorful smorgasboard of digital technologies.
