The largest pro AV show in the world is taking over the Las Vegas Convention Center next week; take a peek at some of the digital signage highlights.

This year's InfoComm is right around the corner, and the show that bills itself as the largest professional AV show in the world continues to ramp up its focus on the digital signage sector of the pro AV market.
This year's show takes place June 14-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and will feature more than 950 exhibitors and 35,000-plus attendees from more than 100 countries, according to the show website. And next week's show also features a new educational program, "Solutions Summit: Digital Signage," that will take place over four days with speakers, panels and case studies addressing the critical issues facing the growing industry.
(Tuesday features a full-day conference, with additional digital signage-focused sessions following Wednesday through Friday.)
Digital Signage Pavilion
InfoComm's rapidly expanding Digital Signage Pavilion again this year will feature one of the largest collections of digital signage solution exhibitors, ranging from display manufacturers to software providers to mounting and hardware specialists, according to the show website.
Digital Signage Presentation Stage
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will see a wide spectrum of digital signage industry leaders presenting free seminars on the Digital Signage Presentation Stage.
Topics will range from "Merging Static and Dynamic Signage: How Sign Shops Are Increasing Their Business" by Alan Brawn, principal of Brawn Consulting, to "Android, Programmatic Buying and the Print-to-Digital Transition" by Daniel Parisien, VP of marketing and strategy at BroadSign, to "Digital Signage in Restaurants" by Ernest Koury, founder and president of Eureka! Media Group, among too many others to list.
And then there are the solution providers themselves. Here's just a brief look at a handful of the many digital signage companies that will be on hand next week in las Vegas:
Almo Professional A/V
Almois bringing back its "Digital Canvas Collection," using digital signage to create an art gallery-themed exhibit at InfoComm.
The company's also taking to social media with its "#almoselfie Selfie Snapshot" and "#almogallery Caption Captain" contests.
Chief
Chief will be providing hot coffee and demoing its new ConnexSys Video Wall Mounting System, a video wall mount system focused on speed, easy alignment, access for serviceability and rigidity.
Christie
Christie is showcasing its wide range of visual display solutions that includes introducing its new laser phosphor one-chip DLP projectors, new LED tiles and LCD panels, the new Roadie 4K25 and 4K35, and a new Christie LX1750 3LCD projector.
Eyevis
Eyevis will be highlighting the release of version V3 of its eyeDesign software, which eyevis said integrates its new high-quality LED modules into the video wall design and installation process. The EyeDesign software is "an all-rounder" in design, planning, installation and maintenance of creative video wall installations for showrooms and TV studios as well as the event, retail and digital signage sector, according to eyevis.
LG Electronics USA
LG Electronics will introduce its new 98-inch Commercial UHD display, among other new products, at this year's InfoComm, according to Commercial Integrator. The company said in an email it would also be showcasing its 105-inch curved UHD display at the show, among its other digital signage highlights.
Lifeline Digital
LifeLine Digital will be debuting new digital touchscreen kiosk technology and launching a new digital-out-of-home advertising network at the show, according to an email from the company.
Matrox
Matrox Graphics Inc. and Matrox Video will be sharing a booth at the show. Matrox Graphics will demonstrate its Mura MPX video wall controller boards, Maevex full-HD-over-IP H.264 encoders/decoders and zero-latency Avio fiber-optic KVM extenders. Matrox Video will showcase its Monarch HD video streaming and recording appliance and the VS4 quad HD capture card for multi-camera recording and streaming.
MultiTouch
Interactive display systems provider MultiTouch Ltd., will be featuring its MultiTaction iWall, a 16-foot-by-9-foot turnkey interactive video wall, and the company also will debut its partnership with Bluescape, a cloud-based visual collaborative workspace provider.
NEC Display Solutions
NEC will have its big booth showcasing its full-spectrum digital signage display and projector lineup, including its X554UNS-TMX9P 55-inch, three-by-three TileMatrix Digital Video Wall solution with 3.5 mm bezel; its X552S LED edge-lit and superslim display with advanced connectivity, including DisplayPort, HDMI and an Open Pluggable Specification slot, aimed at increasing flexibility for users in a variety of digital signage applications, especially video walls where up to 100 displays can be used in a 10-by-10 configuration.
Peerless-AV
Peerless will highlight its Xtreme Outdoor Digital Menu Board aimed at quick-service restaurant drive-thru applications; its SmartMount Digital Menu Board Mount line aimed at wall-mounted digital menu boards in QSRs; and its ADA-compliant SmartMount Slim Video Wall Mount, which it says is "the world's thinnest full-service video wall mount."
Spinetix
Swiss digital signage software and media player manufacturer SpinetiX is set to showcase a variety of digital signage solutions for vertical markets at InfoComm, featuring vertical-specific solutions aimed at meeting the needs of markets such as retail, hospitality, education, health care and transportation, among others.
