Screen Detective is an AI-powered proactive display health system built into the Korbyt CMS. It continuously monitors digital signage networks to automatically detect issues like black screens and frozen content, alerts IT and AV teams in real time, and triggers automated self-healing recoveries (such as system reboots).

Guerrero also explains how Screen Detective creates new opportunities for managed service providers and integration partners and shares insight on Launch Pad 2.0, which is a content authoring and publishing platform within Korbyt's Anywhere digital signage suite.
