The 2019 ICX /CONNECT: The Mobile CX Summit, which took place in June in Dallas, Texas, drew hundreds of retail, technology and brand leaders seeking insight, advice and real-world expertise on all things customer experience.

The three-day annual event, sponsored by the ICX Association and Networld Media Group, is also host to the annual ICX Association Elevate awards.

The summit featured several compelling keynotes, including a presentation by Urban Air Adventure Park CEO and founder Michael Browning as well as over a dozen sessions on a wide range of topics from technology to CX strategies.

This year's event was two events in one as CONNECT: The Mobile CX Summit was woven into the ICX Summit in order to provide an even wider look at the technology and strategies that are creating engaging and meaningful customer experiences.
