Watchfire Signs integrates scoring, timing into sports CMS

Watchfire Signs has added football, basketball and multi-sport scoring and timing to its Ignite Sports CMS. Arenas can use Ignite Sports to display scores, timing, live video, replays and advertising on a Watchfire display or virtual scoreboard, according to a press release.

Managers can divide the scoreboard content into various zones, so they can display one single image or split the display up to show a mixture of content. Teams can also create a dedicated advertising space with Ignite Sports.

"Ignite Sports makes the game day management of virtual scoreboards so easy that it can be done by volunteers or students," Jeff Morgan, regional sports sales manager at Watchfire Signs, said in the release. "It was designed so that even those with little to no technical experience can manage scoring, timing and event content quickly and easily, making Watchfire ideal for high schools, small colleges and community sports complexes."
