Volta has announced equal access to DOOH customers on the Volta Media Network regardless of which supply side platform they use to purchase programmatic advertising, according to a press release. This has been facilitated by the recent interoperability partnership announced by Vistar Media and Place Exchange, which was recently reported on by DST. The move is designed to democratize and streamline omnichannel and pDOOH purchasing for all participants.
"Unlocking a single and open ad auction increases all advertisers' access to Volta's digital inventory and makes our network more attractive to advertisers," Mike Schott, EVP of Media at Volta, said in the release. "Vistar Media's new mediation solution is Volta's latest example of how we're creating a digital-first media experience for marketers — a critical factor in scaling our media business, especially during times of economic uncertainty."
