Franchise-based digital sign network operator Vivid Digital Concepts announced that it has introduced a new program, Celebration Ads, that will allow individuals to place full-color, personalized announcements on high-definition flat screens throughout its advertising network.
The program from the northern Ohio-based Vivid will allow for the placement of announcements previously found in the community section of small local newspapers, such as engagements, weddings, graduations and birthdays.
Vivid Digital Concepts president Deborah Naegle says in a press release that she thinks the Celebration ads are a "unique and special way to put a smile on someone's face."
"We are always trying to figure out new ways for people to engage with the immediacy of our network screens," she said. "From day one, our vision has been to enhance communication and information-sharing within the communities where our franchise owners operate ad networks. We think our Celebration Ads are a great vehicle to make someone feel special and share life's milestones."
The technology behind the screens, coupled with Vivid's in-house design staff, ensures a 48-hour turnaround on requests, the company says. For a small fee, a rush 24-hour turnaround is possible for last-minute announcements.
