Visual Management Systems integrates Matrox's graphic cards into video wall solution

Visual Management Systems Ltd. has selected Matrox Graphics to provide capture and graphic cards for its Titan Wall video wall system. The company selected Matrox's Mura IPX capture cards and C-Series graphics cards for the video wall, according to a press release.

The Titan Wall is a modular video wall solution, and is designed with a processor controller, management suite and display surface. Matrox Graphic's cards will provide the multi-display processing power and IP connectivity for the video wall.

The C-Series comes in four-, six- and nine-output models, allowing users to power multiple displays. The Mura IPX is designed to offer low-bitrate, multi-channel encoding and decoding over IP. The solution is designed to offer a simpler integration process for users, according to the release.

"Matrox has provided us with two powerful cards to serve as the heart of the robust TITAN WALL system," said John Downie, sales director at Visual Management Systems. "The diversity of IP and physical sources the Matrox cards can handle means the TITAN WALL is a highly valuable node for industries that require efficient data consolidation and analysis."
