Visix Inc. plans to introduce updated user interface designs for its Touch and Connect room signs. The company powers the 10-inch touchscreen signs with its AxisTV Signage Suite software, which supports calendar display and bidirectional booking with Exchange and Office 365, according to a press release.
Customers can book, start, extend or end/cancel meetings at the room sign or through services uch as Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar. With the updated UI, clients can customize logos, fonts, colors, backgrounds, interactive buttons and spacing.
"Connect is a great room management solution that doesn’t require our CMS," Trey Hicks, chief sales officer for Visix, said in the release. "That allows for much more flexibility in deploying room signs in all types of organizations, whether or not they’ve invested in digital signage. This new UI will make using our room signs faster, easier and more reliable and secure, for a vastly-improved user experience."
Visix also plans to unveil version 3.0 of its Connect meeting room sign with an updated Android UI.
