Visix leans into higher ed with AxisTV updates

Visix, Inc. has updated its AxisTV Signage Suite CMS software with an emphasis on tools for higher education, according to a press release.
AxisTV version 1.65 includes optimizations and integrations for CBORD's NetMenu digital menu system, along with an announcement system for content editors and creators.
AxisTV Alert, the standalone emergency alert app, has enhancements for RSS, while security upgrades are in place for the Connect room sign management application.
"This release is focused on expanding our already-considerable offering for colleges and universities," Trey Hicks, COO and CSO at Visix, said in the release. "We've been dedicated to the higher education market for decades, and we're constantly surveying our clients to see what we can do to help them simplify their workflows for better visual communications. This release streamlines and expands both data integration and alerting capabilities by partnering with already-popular campus systems."
