Videotel Digital updates touchless solution

Videotel Digital has updated its Touchless WAVE proximity sensor solution to work with most digital signage media players. WAVE can trigger content change and allow a user to interact directly with a kiosk or display touchlessly, according to a press release.

Previously, this solution was only for VP71XD and VP90 4K interactive media players, but now it can work with most signage players with some customization.

"Any customer-facing business can now create informative interactive displays that allow customers to search for what they need without the need without fear of contamination. Videotel Digital's technology offers a way to engage and educate customers touchlessly," Lisa Schneider, EVP of marketing and sales, said in the release. "WAVE is really ideal for all types of interactive displays and kiosks where you want to provide a unique and safe touchless or contactless alternative."
