Uniguest acquires Onelan

Uniguest, a Nashville based cybersecurity technology specialist, has acquired Onelan, a U.K. based digital visual communications company. Onelan specifically focuses on digital signage, wayfinding and meeting room solutions, and Uniguest helps assist users in driving customer engagement in the hospitality, office retail and community living verticals, according to a press release.

This acquisition will help Onelan expand its operations in the U.S. with its wayfinding, digital signage and meeting space products.

"Uniguest is a natural partner for us as their Secured Advantage product goes hand-in-hand with our interactive signage solutions," Hugh Coghill-Smith, COO, Oneland, said in the press release. "Both companies strive to bring the most value to our customers. We determined the best way to provide a seamless customer experience was to bring the two portfolios together as one offering."
