Uniguest acquires Janus Displays

Uniguest, a global secure technology specialist, has acquired Janus Displays, a digital signage and engagement technology provider for the hospitality industry, according to a press relase.
With this acquisition, Uniguest aims to improve its footprint in the digital engagement space in the hospitality industry.
"We have followed the Janus Displays business for many years and have been very impressed with their solution portfolio and excellent service reputation," Jeff Hiscox, CEO, Uniguest said in the release. "The Janus Displays team will add immediate value to our hospitality division and we're really excited to integrate them under the Uniguest umbrella.
