Uniguest acquires CPI Global Hospitality

Uniguest, a provider of digital engagement technology to multiple end markets, has acquired CPI Global's hospitality division for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. The acquisition follows yesterday's announcement of the acquisition of Otrum.

CPI Hospitality, widely adopted in France, has provided a managed digital signage service and music solutions for hotels, including on-site support, for over 10 years but with a renewed focus on digital retail experiences, the company believed the time was right to pass their hospitality division to another provider in the space.

CPI Global is based in Paris, France.
