Ungerboeck Software has decided to prioritize investment on solutions that deliver dynamic digital experiences such as digital signage, mobile apps and personalized registration experiences. The company chose this path due to increased customer demand for consistent and enhanced experiences, according to a press release.
The company is looking at ways its clients can take information from its software and use it to create better customer experiences. It is also planning to craft solutions for ticketing, email marketing demand generation and other tools.
"The same set of tools and resources our digital services team uses is now available to clients for independent use," Phil Sherer, director of client services, Ungerboeck, said in the release. "Whether you're hosted on-premise or in the cloud, handling development on your own or leaving it to us, we're making it as easy as possible for our customers to make the most of their software."
