To attract and retain customers, CBI Bank in the United Arab Emirates has chosen Navori QL digital signage technology and Navori partner and system integrator Joseph Group to transform its branches from traditional service centers to digital retail banking destinations, accoridng to Swiss provider Navori Inc.
Navori QL was chosen for its interface available in Arabic; its full compliance with both Western and Arabic characters; the Navori subsidiary presence in the middle east, providing sales and support in both English and Arabic; and its integration with branches' queuing systems, the company said.
