Toronto racetrack adds digital signage, menu boards

Woodbine Entertainment Group recently chose DiGiMATiON's Audience software platform to power newly-installed digital menu boards as part of a multiphase renovation of Toronto's Woodbine Racetrack, according to an announcement from Capital Networks.

Renovations are now complete in the 188-seat Willows Restaurant, which will house the new triple-head digital menu board displaying options, ingredients, pricing and photos while also providing restaurant staff the opportunity to update menu information throughout the course of the day.

The Audience software platform is responsible for the creation and management of content to be displayed on the digital menu board and was supplied and installed by Markham, Ontario-based Capital Networks Ltd.

According to the release, more Audience-powered digital signage displays, including additional restaurant signage and information and wayfinding screens, will be on display at Woodbine Racetrack in the coming months as renovations are scheduled to continue through the summer.
