The Quick Group upgrades customer platform with digital signage

The Quick Group, a provider of logistics and transportation solutions for health care, has upgraded its customer platform to help streamline the life science supply chain. The solution includes a digital signage system to monitor incoming and outgoing shipments in real time, according to a press release.

Quick's customer portal is designed to offer real-time notifications on the shipping process, so customers can keep track of product's safety and supply chain. The upgraded portal offers:

  • Cold Chain Manager technology to track and monitor a package to see if it safe to ship;
  • QuickBoard, a digital signage system to monitor incoming and outgoing shipments allowing medical facilities to process the most critical samples first;
  • VIP Shippers Management technology to manage the conditioning, transport, tracking, return and inventory of Vacuum Insulated Packaging/Credo units.

"The enhancements to our customer platform are in response to the increased challenges and complexities of the life science supply chain. We are committed to providing innovative technology solutions to support the life science and healthcare community,“ Eric Bischoff, chief information technology officer, Quick, said in the release.
