TeamViewer, a IoT software provider, has expanded its integration for IBM MaaS360 with Watson for remote secure access to devices. Administrators can remotely access Android and Windows devices without end user input, according to a press release.
The platform supports unattended Android devices, iOS, macOS, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. The company plans to support unattended Windows 10 devices later this year.
Companies can access digital signage, kiosks, point of sale, lockers and hand-held devices to fix technical issues.
"We are excited to launch this new release with IBM as this will enable customers to remotely manage and reduce downtime of kiosks, digital devices and other Android based devices running unattended," Alfredo Patron, vice president of business development at TeamViewer, said in th press release. "We look forward to continued innovation with IBM and bringing other solutions to the market."
