TeamViewer partners with BenQ to improve support, control of interactive displays

TeamViewer, a remote connectivity solutions provider, has partnered with BenQ to provide support, control and collaboration solutions for BenQ's line of displays and flat panels. BenQ will provide TeamViewer's solutions with its digital signage through product bundling, according to a press release.

TeamViewer will in particular provide its remote access and monitoring tool QuickSupport, which will allow users to directly manage issues as they emerge. The company will also offer its conferencing and collaboration platform Blizz, which will allow users to do HD voice over IP video and audio calling and screen sharing.

"Today's evolving presentation and collaboration needs require visual tools that make participation simple and effective," Conway Lee, president of BenQ, said in the release. "We are happy to combine our cutting-edge display expertise with TeamViewer’s remote support and collaboration capabilities in order to provide presentation and collaboration experiences that are fun, reliable and productive right out of the box."
