TCW Special Purpose Acquisition Corp appoints digital signage executive Nanxi Liu to board

TCW Special Purpose Acquisition Corp., a $464 million blank check company sponsored by The TCW Group Inc., has appointed Nanxi Liu, co-founder and CEO of digital signage software company Enplug, to its advisory board, according to a press release.

"We are excited to welcome Nanxi to our advisory board," Joseph R. Shaposhnik, chairman and CEO, TCW Special Purpose Acquisition, said in the release. "She is a highly successful technology entrepreneur and brings a unique perspective to the leaders of businesses and our impressive team of advisors and directors."
