Tariq Halal Meats, a Halal meat specialist based in London, has teamed up with Eclipse Digital Media to upgrade its shops with digital signage. Eclipse has deployed 17 Samsung SSP displays and two ASUS ChromeBits for existing displays so far, according to a press release.
The meat shop chain needed a digital signage solution that could improve sales, reduce wait time and improve customer service. Eclipse provided the displays and ChromeBits to turn existing displays into digital signage. Eclipse also supplied cloud-based digital signage software, content designs and templates.
"Using the promo screen we pushed sales of marinated items and the last count was 1,433 marinated peri peri chicken sold in the opening weeks – that is deemed as a great success," said Kunal Patel, director of business development at Tariq Halal.
Eclipse plans to provide additional digital signage solutions to other Tariq Halal locations.
