Talon launches intelligent DOOH buying platform, Atlas

Talon Outdoor, an OOH specialist, recently launched Atlas, an intelligent automated DOOH buying platform. With this platform, advertisers can plan and optimize campaigns based on price, location, goal or time, according to a press release.

Atlas helps optimize campaigns by combining databased planning with flexible creative distribution. Talon built the tool to help bring some of the strategies of online advertising into DOOH.

"We have always believed that simply re-provisioning online programmatic platforms to plan and activate digital OOH did not do the medium justice," Josko Grljevic, chief transformation officer, Talon, said in the release. "That is why we built Atlas, to redefine the OOH programmatic market with a data-centric platform that enables advertisers to capitalize on the wealth of Out of Home planning expertise and reach target audiences based on observed behaviors, in a simple and intuitive way."
