T-Mobile entered an agreement today to acquire Vistar Media, a DOOH advertising solutions provider, according to a press release.
The acquisition will occur under the T-Mobile Advertising Solutions division, including access to Vistar's network of more than 1.1 million screens from approximately 370 media owners worldwide.
The transaction is expected to be completed in Q1 2025, with T-Mobile to pay approximately $600 million in cash, subject to closing adjustments.
