At this year's CeBIT IT trade show in Germany, STiNO eyevis is showcasing its latest digital signage solutions for SMB and enterprise applications, the software provider announced.

The company is showcasing its wares at both its own booth and the shuttle stand, according to the announcement, aimed at demonstrating how audiovisual communication can be used in vertical market segments such as retail, hospitality, foodservice, communities and corporate buildings.

This year's focus lies in the simplicity of the usability of digital signage applications that allow managing the content of information screens at a POS/POI by using mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets with just a swipe gesture, the company said.

StiNO said its product selection increases the range of applications starting from simple stand-alone managed displays up to cloud-based environments managing thousands of screens from a central server.

The company will be demonstrating the following product highlights at its booth:

  • The STiNO ePromoter provides an entry-level Android management app for SMB environments intended to be suited for menu boards and product promotions.
  • The new eDoorSign app allows simple door signage for conference rooms in hotels or corporate buildings that is simply managed via Exchange server or Google calendar.
  • STiNO's iChannel Audio Play InStore Radio Service creates atmosphere based on royalty-free background music with different genres.
  • The touchPromoter software for multitouch displays allows interactive product presentations with a number of different gesture control apps.

"We are delighted to be in the 15th year at CeBIT which is a perfect venue for us to find resellers and system integrators on a worldwide scale," STiNO CEO Franz Hintermayr said in the announcement.
