Static signage between the Rainbow Bar & Grill and the Roxy Theater, both in West Hollywood, Calif., has been updated by SNA Displays with an LED video display.

Orange Barrel Media, an OOH specialist firm, retrofitted the signage with a vertical display featuring a 10 mm pixel pitch from the SNA Display's Empire Exterior line of LED video technology, according to a press release.

The digital face of the 50-foot x5-inch tall X 20-foot wide (1,536 X 608 pixels) pylon display faces westbound traffic along West Sunset Blvd., with static signage on the reverse side. The updated signage shows digital out-of-home content as well as on-premises messaging for events at the bar.

"Updating to a large-format digital display is not only an aesthetic improvement to the signage itself but it opens up a significantly wider stream of advertising revenue for the property owners," Pete Simon, director of out-of-home for SNA Displays, said in the release. "The new platform offers a broader and more YESCO provided LED installation services."
