Sony has launched its Bravia Professional Display White Glove Program, according to a press release.
Announced in conjunction with Sony's Advanced Replacement Program, the White Glove Program aims to provide boutique service in case of equipment failure for eligible machines and users.
"In conjunction with our Advanced Replacement Program, our new White Glove Service for BRAVIA Professional Displays will provide a technician to your location to remove a defective display and mount a replacement unit," Sony said in the release. "Just notify our service group after your replacement unit arrives, and the technician will schedule an appointment that works best for you. The technician will also arrange return shipment of the defective display on your behalf."
The service is available with the standard three-year factory warranty or a Sony five-year extended warranty.
Sony Electronics offers a full line of commercial flat panel displays.
